Noel met his wife and life long friend Brenda in their graduation year of 1984 at Park High School, They have one son named Joseph. They have all 3 been serving at Sovereign Grace Baptist Church since its inception January 2014. Previously they actively served at North Shore Baptist Church and helped to Plant Grace Baptist Church and faithfully served for 20 years, During such time Noel served as a Deacon and Trustee since 2000 later he was Ordained an Elder in 2009. Noel has served and preached the gospel here continuously while performing Missionary work abroad in India, China and Jamaica. Sovereign Grace Baptist Church is the Second Church Plant for this family, They consider themselves to be Church Planters believing the way to reach people with the gospel is thru the local church with a message of salvation presented to the world for glory of God. Noel also performs Prison Missionary work and has founded a ministry called “Broken Chains” which is a Missionary Organization that performs Evangelical Outreach to unfortunate people who are presently incarcerated in prison.
